"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Paul tells us to glorify God in our body, as well as our spirit. My Body, His Temple (MBHT) is a health ministry that teaches us how to treat our bodies as the temple of God through proper nutrition.

A Reason of Our Hope (AROH) is the spiritual side of this ministry that teaches us how to glorify God in our spirit. "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear" (1 Peter 3:15). AROH also prepares us to know the truth found in God's infallible Word so that we can teach it to others.
