What supplement do you recommend?

As I've mentioned before, a pure, organic, whole-food source is the only acceptable supplement in my opinion. There can be no improvement on God's food that was delivered to us in its natural form. Only because mankind has diminished the quality of the soil it is grown in is it necessary to supplement our diets.
